This seems to indicate that Airmail doesn’t have permission to control SpamSieve. If you have the latest version of SpamSieve but Apple Mail reports the plug-in as incompatible, please see this page. After updating, see this page if you don’t see the SpamSieve commands in Apple Mail’s Message menu. Looking at the diagnostic report, I don’t see any errors reported from Airmail itself. I removed disabled and redundant accounts, which fixed half the problem. The workaround is to either rename or delete the inactive account so that all of your accounts then have unique names.
